Anti-platelet drugs वे दवाएं होती हैं जो platelets को आपस में चिपकने से रोकती हैं, जिससे रक्त का थक्का (clot) बनने से रोका जा सके। ये दवाएं heart attack (MI), stroke, angina जैसे रोगों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती हैं।

🔬 1. Anti Platelet Drugs क्या होती हैं?

Platelets रक्त में उपस्थित छोटी कोशिकाएं होती हैं जो चोट लगने पर खून को रोकने के लिए clot बनाती हैं। लेकिन कई बार यह clot अंदर arteries में बनता है, जिससे हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक हो सकता है। इसे रोकने के लिए Anti-platelet drugs दी जाती हैं।

• Platelet nucleus-free (बिना नाभिक) cell fragments होते हैं
• Granules होते हैं - alpha और dense granules
• Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor (clot formation में मुख्य)

बचाव: Patient को NSAIDs avoid करने चाहिए, alcohol कम करना चाहिए।

• खाएं: Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil), leafy greens, turmeric
• ना खाएं: Garlic in excess, NSAIDs, alcohol, grapefruit juice
