Tranexamic Acid एक Anti-fibrinolytic दवा है जो शरीर में खून के थक्के (blood clot) को घुलने से रोकती है। इसका उपयोग अत्यधिक खून बहने (Heavy Bleeding) की स्थिति में किया जाता है — जैसे periods, surgery, trauma, या internal bleeding में।
